Baked Whole Branzini

  • 1 large whole fish
  • 2 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 450ยบ F.

  2. Season inside of fish generously with salt and pepper. Lay lemon and garlic slices inside of fish.

  3. Liberally season outside of fish with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Make three diagonal slits on each side of the fish.

  5. Bake for 15-25 minutes, until skin is crispy an no pink remains inside the fish.
